When I get a quote, are the hotel availabilities real?
Comparing to other websites, Mirabilandia Vacanze always updates hotel availabilities that’s why they are always real.
Also, all prices are real without hidden costs to add later.
What type of hotel do you work with?
We have selected more than 200 hotels located by the sea or not far from the coast. Different types of room are available: single, double, twin, 3 beds, 4 beds and for families with children even 5 beds.
In every hotel, rooms have private bathroom and modern services. All the comforts will make you spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Many hotels offer you also a restaurant with local specialities. Also, breakfast is always included in all our offers (apart from "Mirabilandia in Residence" and "low cost" offers).
In order to guarantee the pest price, our system will automatically give you the best offer available at the time of booking, comparing the prices of more than 200 partner hotels.
Of course, you can change the hotel given by clicking on “choose location”, but the price will not be the best available.
How far are the hotels from the Park?
Under normal traffic conditions, all hotels are maximum 40 minutes far from the Park.
Is there a hotel inside Mirabilandia Park?
Inside Mirabilandia Park, there is not a hotel yet, but we have selected good 3 to 5 star hotels near the Park.
For how many days is the ticket to Mirabilandia included in the offer valid?
Only if you book with Mirabilandia Vacanze the entrance ticket is VALID UP TO 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS: you can choose how many days of visit you prefer!
Which attractions are included in the ticket I will buy?
All attractions are included, except for Ducati World's Simulators and Legends of Dead Town attraction.
Where can I get the tickets to Mirabilandia?
Please check the email we sent you upon receipt of your payment: you will find our voucher with all the hotel details and the tickets to the Park. You can show these tickets in printed or digital format (saved in your device), directly at the entrance of the Park.
Where can I get the tickets of the other Parks included in Parchi Mix offer?
You need to show our voucher to the Information Office at the entrance of the Park that you have booked.

Do I need to pay all in one solution or is it possible to send a deposit?
In order to confirm the reservation we need to receive your payment within 36 hours from the time of booking.
What type of payments does Mirabilandia Vacanze accept?
We only accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Postepay and other prepaid cards) and PayPal.
We are under 18: can we book the Superoffer?
You can purchase our packages at the nearest Travel Agencies or through our website, with the support of an adult. Please, remember that it is necessary an authorisation signed by your parents, together with a copy of a valid ID, to give to your hotel's Reception.
I have made an online reservation and paid: how do I know if the reservation is confirmed?
If the transaction of your payment is ok, then the reservation is definitely confirmed.
If I come by train, how can I go from the hotel to Mirabilandia Park?
You can reach the Park from nearby towns by bus or train. Please ask the reception of your hotel.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can. In the case of modification or cancellation of your reservation please contact our customer service at 0544560822, specifying the voucher number.
In the case of modification or complete or partial cancellation, the following penalties will be applied. Those are calculated according to the date of communication of the cancellation/modification. The penalties indicated below are EXCLUDED of the cost of any tickets included in the package (the amount of which, non-refundable, will be retained in any case).
- Cancellation/modification before the previous 20 days from the date of arrival: 20% of the total amount except for that corresponding to the Park admission tickets.
- cancellation/modification between 20 and 10 days from the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount except for that corresponding to the Park admission tickets.
- cancellation/amendment between 10 and 3 days from the date of arrival: 80% of the total amount except for that corresponding to the Park admission tickets.
- cancellation/modification between 3 and 0 days from the date of arrival: 100% of the total amount.
If your booking includes FLEXIBLE HOLIDAY service you can change the date of your holiday without penalty, please in this case contact our call center before 1 PM of the day before your arrival.The FLEXIBLE HOLIDAY option does not cover the cancellation of the reservation.
If your booking includes SAFE HOLIDAY service you can change your booking reservation with no penalties up to 4 days before your arrival date, or cancel it and receive a 100% refund of total paid amount.
I have one child below 1 metre of height and I can’t find his ticket in my booking, why?
Children below 1 metre of height have free entry and do not need an entrance ticket.
How can I work with Mirabilandia Vacanze?
